So without without further ado, let’s begin…………

No Game No Life (NGNL) Review…….

The NEET siblings Shiro and Sora spend everyday in their room playing games, and they are a legend on the internet – they’re known as Kuuhaku.

One day a weird email appears on their screen and that’s when everything changes. They’re suddenly in a different world where they meet the God of Games, also known as Tet.

He explains that in this world every conflict is solved with games. This world seems to be perfect for the two siblings, and that’s what they also think. So now their goal is to defeat Tet and become the Gods of this surreal world.

Genres: Adventure, Comedy, Fantasy, (Survival) Game

Episodes: 12

Aired: Apr 2014 – Jun 2014

This anime wasn’t one I only liked, it was very popular among the whole anime community. With an average score of 8.55 on MyAnimeList it ranked #84 on the top anime page.

One positive aspect about No Game No Life is, that you can empathize with the whole story, because it is basically the dream of every otaku or gamer – a world where playing games isn’t seen as a waste of time, but as a job you need to do in order to survive. Shiro and Sora are two very likable main characters, not just because they’re super cool in general, but because they’re two of us – they belong to our community, and that’s why so many people were able to like them right away.

The art and design fits perfectly to the whole story – dreamlike, surreal, imaginative. For some it may take a while to get used to that kind of style, since it’s very colourful and unrealistic. I personally didn’t have a problem at all with it, even though I mostly prefer realistic art in animes.

But the anime is still very good, it was something new for me and I recommend it to everyone – even if you’re not that into fantasy series, like me, give it a try.

I was surprised too…………..

Well here is the latest update of the anime………

The official Twitter account for the No Game No Life series announced that a movie adaptation of the light novel was revealed during the MF Bunko J Summer School Festival 2016 event held today. The movie will adapt sixth volume of the light novel.

No Game No Life is written and illustrated by Yuu Kamiya and began publication under the Bunko J label in April 2012. There are currently eight volumes released, with the ninth volume released on July 25. The light novel sold a total of 304,721 units in the first half of 2016, and previously received a 12-episode TV anime adaptation by studio Madhouse in Spring 2014. In addition to the anime, the series also received a manga adaptation in 2013, drawn by Mashiro Hiiragi.
